These terms are an agreement between you and Everlush ("we") for using the Everlush app and website. By using Everlush you agree to them.
The service
Everlush is a marketplace where traders book live poultry and eggs from farms and companies. Farms list their stock and rates; traders place orders; delivery and payment happen outside the app.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older and use Everlush for your business.
- Give accurate details and keep your phone number current.
- You're responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using it.
- Seller accounts are approved by the Everlush team.
Orders, rates and payment
- Rates and stock are set by the seller. An order is confirmed only when the seller confirms it.
- Pay by the method shown in the app and add true payment proof. False proof is grounds for closing your account.
- Live birds and eggs vary by nature. Raise problems with weight, count or quality at delivery and through the app.
Sellers
List only stock you have, at the rate you'll honour, and deliver what was confirmed. You are responsible for the quality, legality and safety of what you sell, and for your own licences and taxes.
What you must not do
- Post false listings, reviews, photos or payment proof.
- Use Everlush to break the law or harm other users.
- Copy, scrape or interfere with the app or its systems.
Our role and liability
We provide the marketplace and check sellers, but the sale is between the trader and the seller. Everlush is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees, if any, you paid us in the three months before it.
Suspension
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can stop using Everlush and ask us to delete your account at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms. If the change is significant we'll tell you in the app; continuing to use Everlush means you accept it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
