This policy explains what Everlush ("we") collects through its app and website, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Account details: your mobile number, name, and for farms and companies, business details such as addresses and bank details.
• Orders and payments: what you book or sell, who receives it, amounts, and the payment proof you add (UTR numbers and screenshots). We do not process card payments.
• Photos: pictures you choose to attach, such as stock, delivery challans, payment screenshots and review photos. Stock photos may include where they were taken.
• Location: only while you use the app and only if you allow it, to show farms near you and fill in addresses.
• Device data: a push-notification token and basic technical information needed to keep the app working.

How we use it

To sign you in, run your orders and payments, show the right stock and rates, send you order updates, prevent fraud, and meet our legal and tax obligations. We don't sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Who sees it

The other side of your order sees what they need to fulfil it: a farm sees the trader's name, receiver and order; a trader sees the farm's details and supervisor's number. We use service providers for hosting, databases, SMS and push notifications, who process data only on our behalf. We share data with authorities when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

While your account is open. After you delete it, we remove your personal data, except order, bill and payment records we must keep under Indian tax and accounting law.

Your choices

You can turn off location, camera, photos and notifications in your phone's settings. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing intellobyte@gmail.com.

Children

Everlush is a business service and is not meant for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date above, and tell you in the app if the change is significant.
